The spectrum ranges from the entrance of the valley, where vines grow happily, the village of Lüsen in the middle of the Lüsen Valley is surrounded by meadows and coniferous forests and by the low mountains of Gabler-Plose, to the mountain pastures of Lüsen Alp mountain pasture and the rugged peaks of the Dolomites with the Sass Putia massif and the nature park Puez-Odle. This flow of landscapes into one another is unique in the Dolomites and in South Tyrol, and makes for exceptional and varied hikes: In the summer visitors enjoy pleasure hikes, low mountain hikes, Lüsen Alp hikes, mountain hikes and themed hikes, as well as many perfectly groomed Nordic Walking trails, in the winter there are snowshoe hikes, winter hikes and cross country skiing tracks.
